Got another terrible, mandatory routine service. Once again the vehicle was returned in worse condition than when it was brought in and we have to spend more time to come back to point out all the things they did not do as well as what they did wrong. This is the 5th time that they've screwed up and we've had to do this. However this is the second time that their screw up could have caused significant damage to the vehicle up to death if left unaddressed. I wanted to discuss these concerns with the management. Tried to send an email on their website: form is broken. Sent a message on Facebook and the email address in their auto response is invalid. Attempted to discuss this peaceably with the service manager in person, but he interrupted me when I tried to simply introduce myself and say my name. He hurried me along and then the staff left me standing there with no idea what to do. One person suggested I walk a half a mile to go get some coffee. It's 30° outside. Only reason they get two stars instead of one is because the salesman walking the lot was a nice guy and showed me where the waiting area is for service and also let me know that there's coffee inside--something the service person would not do. Honestly didn't even want to post a negative review and would have rather given feedback through any other avenue about the experience we've had, but they made that physically impossible, so Google Reviews the best way to tell them they're massively screwing up and potentially putting people's lives in danger.

Roman Booker was 10/10 amazing! He helped find a car within our budget and was very friendly and informative about the details and aspects of the vehicles we looked at. I’ve never gone through a dealership before but this surpassed my expectations! If you need a vehicle this is your guy! Great atmosphere and great customer service!!!! Thank you!!!

After a year since my car accident, I knew it was time to purchase a new car. I put it off for a year because I dread the process, mainly because of past experiences elsewhere. I decided to check out Dennis Dillon Mazda after carefully considering other Mazda dealerships, even out of state. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by Brendon. I work in an industry where the guest experience is paramount and Brendon exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and that I was valued as a customer. Brendon patiently answered all of my questions and took the time to introduce me to the managers and other salesmen. It was a breath of fresh air to encounter someone who exhibited genuine passion, rather than just going through the motions of selling another car. I highly recommend this dealership!

Went in at around 3pm and left a little before seven pm with a reliable vehicle that I desperately needed. Saul worked very hard at putting me in the perfect vehicle for my needs and listened to all of my concerns. He stayed late to ensure I was completely taken care of and treated my daughter and I work the utmost respect not to mention he was very funny and easy to talk to. Ashton was also insanely quick with paperwork, explained everything, and made sure I was hooked up to help build my credit again, lower interest rates as time goes on, and to make payments the smart way! He too was very easy to talk to and a lot of fun. Overall the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle!!! Thanks guys!!
